How to create an account.
Thanks for using our online ticketing system. Using our ticketing system is fast and easy, but first you have to set up an account by following these easy steps:
- Locate the Signup link in the top right corner of the screen and click on it.
- Fill out the information requested. Required information is denoted by a red underline.
- While not all information is required, filling out all of the information is advised. ibu will not use your information for anything other than contacting you about the support ticket that you are submitting. You information will remain private.
- In the "Linked Emails" section, please submit any and all emails that will need access to your support tickets, including your own.
- Click the "Create" button.
- You will receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to activate your account and you are ready to start submitting support tickets.
